From a single fixture swap to a room full of recessed cans and a statement chandelier, we install residential lighting and fixtures across the Phoenix metro under one contract. We self-perform the lighting and fixture work, light fixtures, chandeliers, ceiling fans, recessed and cove lighting, and we manage the whole job. When a larger project turns up heavier electrical, that part is coordinated through our licensed electrical subcontractor. You get one point of contact, honest pricing, and work that is permitted and inspected where it needs to be.
How We Handle Lighting & Fixtures
We self-perform light fixture mounting and hanging, ceiling fan installs, recessed and cove lighting, and the coordination of the whole project. If a larger project ever needs new wiring, a new circuit, or panel work to support it, that part is handled by our licensed electrical subcontractor under the same contract, permitted and inspected. Either way you sign with us and talk to us, so you are not chasing a separate trade or wondering who stands behind the work.
Lighting: Fixtures, Recessed and Cove
Lighting is where the right fixture, hung right, changes a room. We mount and hang chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts, and ceiling fans, and we install recessed cans and warm cove LED lighting for the everyday rooms. The part you do not see from the floor is the support. A large fixture can weigh fifty or a hundred pounds once assembled, so we install reinforced mounting, a rated brace and box and blocking sized to the actual weight, not whatever the builder left behind. For high and two-story ceilings we bring in scaffolding or a lift so the work is done safely and the fixture hangs dead level. We also set fixtures on compatible dimmers so the same room can run bright for cleanup and low for the evening, without the flicker or buzz you get from the wrong pairing. For a closer look at the finish side, see our light fixture and chandelier installation.
When a Project Needs New Wiring or a Panel
Sometimes a larger remodel turns up electrical beyond fixtures and lighting, a circuit that has to move to make room for a new layout, or an older panel that is simply out of room. When it does, that work is handled by our licensed electrical subcontractor under the same contract, permitted and inspected, as part of the larger project. We coordinate the scope and the schedule so it ties into the rest of the build cleanly, and you still deal with one company. We do not offer standalone panel or service-upgrade work; it comes in only as part of a broader project the licensed sub performs the electrical on.
Why Run It Through One Contractor
Lighting rarely lives by itself. A new fixture usually rides along with a remodel, a fan goes in while the patio gets built, recessed cans get added while a room is already opened up. When one licensed contractor, ROC #365090, plans the sequence and manages the trades alongside the rest of the work, you get a single schedule, a single point of contact, and a single company standing behind the job. That beats coordinating a handyman for the fixtures, an electrician for any wiring, and yourself for everything in between. If your project is bigger than a fixture, we tie the lighting into the rest of the build under the same general contracting contract.

Lighting & Fixtures FAQ
Do you do the lighting and fixtures in-house or sub it out? We self-perform the lighting and fixture work: mounting and hanging light fixtures, chandeliers, and ceiling fans, and installing recessed and cove lighting. We also manage the whole job, so you have one point of contact. If a larger project ever turns up heavier electrical such as new wiring, a new circuit, or panel work, that is handled by our licensed electrical subcontractor under the same contract, permitted and inspected where required.
Do you pull electrical permits? Yes. When a job involves new wiring, new circuits, or panel work, the permit is pulled and the work is inspected through our licensed electrical subcontractor. A simple fixture swap on existing wiring usually does not require a permit.
Do you install ceiling fans and recessed lighting? Yes. We self-perform fixtures, ceiling fans, and recessed and cove lighting. If a new circuit is ever needed to support the work, it is coordinated with our licensed electrical subcontractor under the same contract.
