From a single fixture swap to a panel upgrade and new circuits, we handle residential electrical across the Phoenix metro under one contract. We self-perform fixture mounting and hanging and manage the whole job, and our licensed electrical subcontractor handles new wiring, new circuits, and panel work. You get one point of contact, honest pricing, and electrical that is permitted and inspected where it needs to be.
How We Handle Electrical
We self-perform light fixture mounting and hanging, ceiling fan installs, recessed and cove lighting, and the coordination of the whole project. New wiring, new circuits, and panel work are handled by our licensed electrical subcontractor under the same contract, permitted and inspected. Either way you sign with us and talk to us, so you are not chasing a separate electrician or wondering who stands behind the work.
Lighting: Fixtures, Recessed and Cove
Lighting is where the right fixture, hung right, changes a room. We mount and hang chandeliers, pendants, flush mounts, and ceiling fans, and we install recessed cans and warm cove LED lighting for the everyday rooms. The part you do not see from the floor is the support. A large fixture can weigh fifty or a hundred pounds once assembled, so we install reinforced mounting, a rated brace and box and blocking sized to the actual weight, not whatever the builder left behind. For high and two-story ceilings we bring in scaffolding or a lift so the work is done safely and the fixture hangs dead level. We also set fixtures on compatible dimmers so the same room can run bright for cleanup and low for the evening, without the flicker or buzz you get from the wrong pairing. For a closer look at the finish side, see our light fixture and chandelier installation.
Panel Upgrades and New Circuits
A lot of Phoenix homes are running on a panel that was sized for a different decade. If your breakers trip often, you still have a fuse box or a known problem-brand panel, you are out of open slots, or you are adding load like an EV charger, a new AC unit, or a kitchen full of new appliances, it may be time for a panel upgrade. New circuits work the same way: adding a dedicated circuit for a charger, a workshop, or a run of recessed lighting means new wiring back to the panel and a check that the service can carry the load. Our licensed electrical sub performs this work, permitted and inspected. The right number depends on your panel, your service size, and the run, so it is quoted after a look rather than guessed at here. If you want the warning signs spelled out first, our electrical panel upgrade guide walks through them.
Why Run It Through One Contractor
Electrical rarely lives by itself. A new light usually rides along with a remodel, a fan goes in while the patio gets built, a new circuit feeds a kitchen full of new cabinets. When one licensed contractor, ROC #365090, plans the sequence and manages the electrical sub alongside the rest of the work, you get a single schedule, a single point of contact, and a single company standing behind the job. That beats coordinating a handyman for the fixtures, an electrician for the wiring, and yourself for everything in between. If your project is bigger than a fixture, we tie the electrical into the rest of the build under the same general contracting contract.

Electrical Services FAQ
Do you do the electrical in-house or sub it out? Both, and it is clear which is which. We self-perform fixture mounting and hanging and we manage the whole job, so you have one point of contact. New wiring, new circuits, and panel work are done by our licensed electrical subcontractor under the same contract, permitted and inspected where required.
Can you upgrade my electrical panel? Yes, through our licensed electrical subcontractor and under one contract with us. We coordinate the scope, the utility coordination, and the permit and inspection, so you deal with one company instead of lining up an electrician yourself. The panel itself is quoted by the licensed sub after a look at your existing service.
Do you pull electrical permits? Yes. When a job involves new wiring, new circuits, or panel work, the permit is pulled and the work is inspected through our licensed electrical subcontractor. A simple fixture swap on existing wiring usually does not require a permit.
Do you install ceiling fans, EV chargers, or recessed lighting? Yes. We hang and mount ceiling fans and light fixtures and install recessed and cove lighting. An EV charger or a new recessed-lighting circuit that needs new wiring is handled with our licensed electrical subcontractor, including the panel load check, under the same contract.
